My Group provides institute level support for informatics and bioinformatics analysis for genomic sequence data.
The group acts as a support service for bioinformaticians and scientists, providing the resources and infrastructure to allow them to perform their research. This includes setting up and running automated pipelines, productionising novel bioinformatics methods, managing and tracking databases and datasets, training and integration with sequencing instruments.
