Alex Forsyth presents topical debate in which guests from politics, business, science, arts and the media answer questions from members of the public.

Questions are posed by the audience to a panel made up of personalities from the world of politics, media and beyond. One of the most stringent and unchanging rules of the show is that the panel never sees the questions in advance – they hear the questions for the first time at the same moment as the audience in the room and at home!

The panellists (which are subject to change) on Friday July 21 are:

• Rt Hon Dame Margaret Hodge MP, Labour MP for Barking and Dagenham and former minister
• Dr Maya Goodfellow, University College London
• Tim Montgomerie, creator of the Conservative Home website
• Chris Philp MP, Minister for Crime, Policing and Fire
