I’m Alex, and I have a background in exercise physiology, which sparked my interest in nutrition – especially plant-based nutrition and its link to human health promotion and disease prevention. I’ve been fully plant-based for over five years now and I’m passionate about plant-based cooking and especially eating (carrot cake is a personal fave!).
Outside of work, I enjoy training, running, movies and travel, and am always seeking new experiences and places to explore. Case in point – I’ve skydived, climbed the 3 Peaks and run a half marathon within the last year. I’m excited to bring my enthusiasm for human health, nutrition and wellness to the team.
