I am a nutrition scientist with over a decade of experience synthesising and translating complex dietary data into evidence-based policies and programmes.

My work focuses on food composition table harmonisation and curation, innovations in dietary intake assessment, nutrition and health, sustainability and the gut microbiome. I have contributed to applied nutrition research and provided technical advice to senior officials in international organisations, academia, governments and NGOs.

I am the author of 13 peer-reviewed articles and five major reports, and have been awarded more than US$230,000 in scholarships and research funding.
