Leading the commercial activities of the National Collection of Yeast Cultures (NCYC).
My role is to Improve market position of the Collection and achieve financial growth. Define long-term goals, build customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and negotiate partnerships and deals. Lease with internal team, communications and finance department. Managing existing customers and creating links with new potential leads.
I am part of the team running the NCYC commercial DNA sequencing-based yeast identification service. At NCYC we provide molecular identification of yeast strains for our customers using Yeast DNA sequencing, phylogenetic characterization.
Public engagement with the brewing community to highlight the diversity of the collection and how can they benefit from it.
