Microbial Genomes, Strains and Evolution




I am a postdoctoral researcher in Falk Hildebrand’s group, working in computational biology. My research focuses on the human gut microbiota and the study of the interactions within it. I have a computer science PhD from University of Rennes, France. During this postdoc I will make links between metagenomics and systems biology, to better understand the role and functions of gut bacteria in health and disease.
