My research is focused on investigating the impact of resistant starch from varieties of peas on granule, formation structure and breakdown as well as their effects on gut microbiome composition to aid diabetics.
Obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Kent in 2011.
Completed a Master’s degree in Infection and Immunity from the University of Leicester in 2012.
Recently completed a PhD on antibiotic resistance mechanisms in Mycobacteria from the University of Warwick.
