As the Quadram Institute Programme Director I am a member of the Programme Board and have responsibility to orchestrate and lead the process of change, bringing together the new physical environment with the organisational and cultural changes necessary for the three occupying partners to deliver the benefits to support the investment.
Professionally trained as a chartered surveyor, an accomplished business leader and professional manager having developed valuable broad based experience leading teams on challenging projects and change programmes in construction and development for over 35 years.
Adapting well to new challenges and working hard to develop successful relationships within a framework of reliable and structured processes, which are aimed at developing the environment to achieve efficiency, cooperation and mutual respect between professionals and stakeholders alike. As the development business is a people business, I believe strongly that success in this area feeds project and business success.
