I am a PhD student, working as part of the Gilmour group. My research focuses on the microbe-host interactions between Listeria monocytogenes and Bifidobacterium.

Before joining Quadram institute, I obtained my BSc in Microbiology from the University of Reading. During my undergraduate degree, I undertook a year long placement at GSK Consumer Healthcare, researching the effects of zinc compounds on oral biofilms.
