I am a PhD student part of the Microbes, Microbiomes, and Bioinformatics Doctoral  Training Programme. The aim of my project is to limit the availability of free glycans in the gut to stop the expansion of pathogens.

In 2022 I completed an MSci in Biochemistry from the University of East Anglia. Throughout my PhD project, I will undertake training in bioinformatics as part of my MMBDTP program which will provide me with computational skills relevant to my project.
