I’m a bioinformatician with experience in the use of machine learning for prediction of peptide activity and protein localization.

I also worked with bacterial genomics and developed a tool for analysis of Escherichia coli adhesiome. Currently, I am interested in the human gut microbiome, especially tracing microbe transmissions between family members and identifying factors that enable colonisation.
