Bacterial niche adaptation

In 2016 I undertook an undergraduate degree in Biomedicine at the University of East Anglia. In my final year my research project looked at the structural variation of the genomes of different species of Salmonella.

My research interests involve bioinformatics, particularly for diseases such as Salmonella, in order to figure out the processes that encourage infection, survival, and antimicrobial resistance.
