Epidemiology, genomics and antimicrobial resistance of bacteria
I grew up in Greece and during high school I fell in love with Genetics. I got the opportunity to study it at King’s College London where I first tried my hand at molecular biology research. After several other projects that took me across the country, I decided to move to a support role. I love research and the environment surrounding academic institutions, so I am excited to be a part of an award-winning and supportive institute such as the Quadram.
My role here at the Quadram is to support the smooth-running of the Microbes in the Food Chain programme by tracking progress, ensuring milestones are met and preparing reports for funders and stakeholders.
