Listeria and other invasive pathogens

I grew up in Greece and during high school I fell in love with Genetics.  I got the opportunity to study it at King’s College London where I first tried my hand at molecular biology research.  After several other projects that took me across the country, I decided to move to a support role.  I love research and the environment surrounding academic institutions, so I am excited to be a part of an award-winning and supportive institute such as the Quadram.

My role as part of the UK Food Safety Research Network’s leadership team is to support the network’s success by attracting new members, facilitating fruitful communication between members, and enabling impactful collaborations in the field of food safety.
