I am a Project Scientist in Webber’s Group at the Quadram Institute working on a plant protective microbiome to control foodborne disease
I did my PhD at the INRAe of Bordeaux in France and in collaboration with the Sainsbury Laboratory Cambridge University (SLCU) in UK, to better understand the dormancy phase in fruit trees in the context of climate change using epigenetic, transcriptomic and metabolomic approaches.
I always had a keen interest in plant science, and I am thrilled to use a plant model in my project to tackle food spoilage.
