I am undertaking a MSc by research project studying the bacteria species Bifidobacterium in the maternal and early life gut microbiota. My project will be working alongside the PEARL project, using samples taken from the trial, to culture and isolate unique bacterial species and preform a bioinformatic analysis on my results.
