
I am Tom a PhD student at the University of East Anglia and the Quadram Institute.
I have a background in food science. My PhD project is investigating the links between the APOE genotype, gut microbiome and polyphenol metabolism.
I am part of the EDESIA Plants Food and Health PhD programme and work between Dr Paul Kroon’s group at the Quadram Institute and Dr David Vauzour’s group at the UEA.
