I completed my BSc in Biochemistry (Molecular Biology) at UCL, and my interest in complex disease and dysbiosis then led me to complete a masters in Microbiomes in Health and Disease at King’s College London, and my interests now lie within the use of bioinformatics to explore dysbiosis.

I am now an MMB DTP student that’s part of the Hildebrand Group, working on rapid metagenomic strain profiling of inflammatory bowel disease via ONT sequencing.
