The Director of Operations role is a key member of the leadership team at Quadram Institute Bioscience and leads a range of management activities supporting the delivery of our scientific vision, including responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the institute and its facilities.

Perry has a PhD in Life Sciences from the University of Warwick and a wealth of science leadership experience at the intersection of industrial manufacturing, agricultural systems and emerging biotechnology. He has led multidisciplinary teams delivering operational improvement, innovation programmes and long-term technical strategy across the food and agriculture sector.
