Showcase of Young Science 2013
13th March 2013

Tuesday 19th March 2013
Institute of Food Research
Doors open 18:30
As part of National Science & Engineering Week, some of Norwich’s brightest young scientists are talking about their work on combatting heart disease, discovering new antibiotics, battling bacteria and the bugs in our bodies.
The scientists of the future step up to the plate to tell you what they are working on, and you get the chance to vote for the project you think should get further funding!
Purple foods and heart disease, the wild west inside our guts, antibiotics from insect bacteria and sticky bacteria is what keeps these young scientists busy. Find out why by coming and listening to our students, any of whom will be talking about their research for the first time alongside their supervisors.
National Science & Engineering Week is coordinated by the British Science Association
