Digital Campaigns Manager

We are looking for a creative and analytical Digital Campaigns Manager to join the Communications team at Quadram Institute Bioscience (QIB), based in Norwich, UK.

The role:

The post holder will report to the Head of External Relations and Engagement and will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of engaging content across social media and digital platforms. The individual will apply analytical data skills to personalise and optimise content and user experience, tailored to Quadram Institute Bioscience (QIB) communication goals. The post holder will proactively and clearly communicate the range of digital options available to colleagues to assist the wider team in the creation of content that meets audience needs.

The ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and a flair for delivering and evaluating successful social media campaigns across multiple digital channels.

You will need to have an eye for detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must have a proactive approach to innovation and should be able to self-manage workloads and work collaboratively.

Additional information:

Salary on appointment will be within the range £32,578 to £39,938 per annum depending on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time post offered on a permanent basis.

About the Quadram Institute:

The Quadram Institute is a new interdisciplinary research institute dedicated to understanding how food and microbes interact to promote health and prevent disease. Its mission is to deliver healthier lives through innovation in gut health, microbiology and food. A partnership between Quadram Institute Bioscience, the University of East Anglia, the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and BBSRC, it brings together scientists and clinicians in a state-of-the-art building on the Norwich Research Park. This is one of Europe’s largest centres of life sciences and home of the John Innes Centre and The Earlham Institute.
