Food Databanks National Capability is a well-established and national resource for food information and data to support food and health research and policy in the UK and internationally.

FDNC has been involved and led a succession of UK and EU funded projects and consortia around diet and health. We also work closely with QIB research groups and our Norwich Research Park (NRP) partners – the University of East Anglia and the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital – and are involved in a number of human dietary intervention studies to understand how diet prevents disease.
